Chapter 6. Her First Kiss

Lisa looked at Liam wordlessly. His answer made her acutely aware of herself. Their food arrived, and it saved her from having to answer him.

The pizzas were too delicious, and Lisa relished their taste. “So, would you like to taste more pizzas after your next class?” he asked her, hopefully.

“Yes, please,” she said shyly. “I have classes this Saturday evening.”

“Then we could go out for dinner?” asked Liam.

Lisa nodded. She had never gone out to dinner with a guy before. Although Leo had asked her out a million times, she had never felt the wish to go out with him. Thankfully, he would be in Michigan and wouldn’t know about her outing. Otherwise, if he found out, he would make her life at Sofia’s house miserable for her. Although they were just friends, she didn’t know why he was strangely possessive of her.
