Chapter 46. A Hot Dessert

[Denali’s POV]

I stare down at the ingredients in front of me. Since Rosco left for work that morning, I was pouring my heart and soul into this dinner. Due to Nadia’s sudden arrival, I didn’t get to cook for him, so I was going to make up for it tonight by planning the perfect evening and then giving him a surprise at the end.

Flushing, I start to imagine what my surprise will be like. Would Rosco be able to keep his hands off of me? Just the thought of him caressing and kissing my skin starts to get me hot and bothered.
