I sat back a little shocked at what he'd just said. I wondered why he’d killed one of his own for Kali. Seeing my thoughts playing over my face he quickly continued.

“Killing one of our own is forbidden, so no one must know that I told you that, okay?” He asked with pleading in his eyes.
