He chuckled at me before explaining,

“No, I really am happy, honestly I am. I'm just scared that once I tell you the truth about everything, you'll want to leave me. I want nothing more in this world than for us to move in together, and that's why I spent months making this place perfect for us,” he said while he pointed behind him to the pool house with his thumb.

“The bro's and hoe's frat house?” I questioned with a raised eyebrow. He held his stomach while he burst out laughing hysterically.

“The what now?” He spat out in between laughs.

I laughed too realizing what I had just said out loud.

“That's what Tyler and I used to call the pool house when we were younger. Don't you remember? You and your buddies banned us from it, we assumed it was so that you could have girls over,” I said while trying to look anywhere else but at him.

I was mortified that I was telling him all this.

But I guess this is a night for honesty,
