I’d followed Tristan to the door, I couldn't believe he'd just said no, then left without even giving me an explanation. I sat against the wall next to the front door, hung my head and I began to sob my heart out. I cried for a while, then thoughts began to jump into my head.

What the hell just happened?

I had just basically told him I accepted the fact that he was a werewolf, and that I loved him so much that I was willing to become one. His reaction was to just say no, then storm out like a damn child. No explanation, no negotiation just a flat-out no.

I suddenly began to feel, the now all too familiar rage building up inside me.

I wouldn’t let him get away with treating me like that. He needed to give me a valid reason for rejecting me.
