"Ready?"

Leora smiled sweetly and nodded. She looked fresher now, after resting for a few days on the bed.

I took her bag and gave it to my assistant, who quickly carried it out.

The hospital staff gave Leora a big bouquet of flowers and made her feel embarrassed. She hugged the bouquet to her chest. Leora always appreciated other people’s gifts, no matter how small.

I guess her life in the orphanage taught her to maintain such good habits and I was proud of her.
