Chapter 122. An Eye for an Eye

Giovanna felt her body shiver and recoil at something cold being placed on her stomach and opened her eyes without remembering where she was. When her mind cleared, she took a deep breath. She was at Andrew's house. She closed her eyes again and jumped. There was a figure in the room who had just taken his cold hand off her stomach. She turned on the lamp next to the bed and saw the woman with few teeth that she had met in the small house full of herbs drying on clotheslines staring at her angrily.
