Luc stared at her, holding back his desire. The desire to touch her and make her confess that she had never imagined that sex could be so good and that it would forever be his alone, because no other man could give her what he did, was almost insane, but since desires had to be controlled and he was too proud to ask anything of an insignificant she-wolf, he would keep talking and trying to convince her. She was insignificant, but she still stole all his thoughts during those three months in which he planned a way, looked for a reason to see her, without her knowing that that decision was solely to seek her out and break up with her. After three years of lying with her, he hoped to forget her, as often happened with Theo.

"I know you don't care, but how did you turn into one of these problems..."
