Chapter 171. A Kingdom without Alphas Part 26

It was with immense sadness that Vitor's family received the news of Lioná's death on the same day as Nereu's birth. Vitor refrained from going to meet his grandson, out of respect for the family's grief, despite Diny's protests. They would meet the little crown prince when he turned six months old. But the plan to visit without the shadow of sadness was scuppered when Vitor and Fiona's older sister Grace died the day before they were due to visit Korar and Luza's son. Lea and Acar mourned her death as if they had lost a daughter, because Grace was always so loving and caring, and over time they began to love her as their own. Vitor, on the other hand, had become so attached to her that he didn't know how he would live without her wise counsel. He never properly thanked her for everything she had done for him. Once again, a loved one of his would leave without him being able to say all that was in his heart. His wives shared his sadness. Vitor
