Chapter 181. The Warriors' Funeral

Giovanna couldn't resist any longer and in one swift movement, she sat down.

The landscape suddenly changed. She was no longer at a party, Freya wasn't there, and Theo was beside her, sitting bloodied and looking sadly at her.

“What happened?” she asked.

“Look for yourself, Giovanna.” He said and gestured around the place.

Giovanna saw the destroyed camp and the werewolves, all fallen and bloodied, and she felt there was no life in them. Tears ran down her face.

“Where's Luc?” She asked, turning to Theo.

“This is going to happen everywhere. It's the end of the werewolves.” He said as if he couldn't believe it.

“Theo! Where's your brother?” She insisted on the question.

“Forget Luc. He betrayed us.”

“No, Theo. He would never do that.”

“Forget him, damn it!” Theo said, getting upset for the first time and when he saw Giovanna's eyes fill with tears, he regretted it. “I'm sorry.”

“
