Chapter 63. A Stranger in Paradise
Jordan looked at Brendon.
"Is it okay if I leave after you've picked out the car? I really need to go to the office and sort a few things out. Apparently, my executive secretary forgot her promise to start work today and I'm going to have to get some projects underway on my own."
"Yes. I'm going to use the restroom and I'll wait for you in the restaurant garage." Brendon said and got up, leaving some dollar bills on the table and left through the back doors.
Olav picked up the bills and counted them.
"He left a generous tip for the waiter. Brendon is a good guy who deserves all the happiness in the world."
"He always does and before, when we came here, it was a fight between the waiters to get our table. The chef had to enter the discussion and come up with a solution. Each day one of them would serve Brendon on a specific day, and so there was peace."
