Chapter 145. The Years of Resignation

It wasn't what Giovanna had expected to hear, but that was just as well. She also had an urge for him. She wouldn't deny that any longer.

They walked hand in hand to the jeep and the backpack was left behind. They got into the car and in less than fifteen minutes they were at a roadside hotel. Giovanna couldn't tell which of the two had ripped the other's clothes off first. What she experienced when she was with him was the most intense and pure form of love. She knew that.
