Chapter 80. Confronted

Hovar let go of Giovanna's hand and approached the bed, oblivious to the dim light and saw, with a twinge of pain in his chest, Calleb with his thick, long beard, all white, his skin wrinkled and dirty, and his body smelling bad. "Hovar? Is that you?"
