Chapter 144. A Way of Saying Thank You

The next morning came...

The sound of Denny's morning alarm clock woke him up as well as Trisha. They both stretched their hands up above their heads, body slightly twisted, legs straightened beneath the covers while their eyes were still closed. Denny's right hand reached for the blaring alarm resumed after a snooze and his left arm reached to check if Trisha still had a fever.
