Denny told the caregiver lady to never let anyone give the patient any medication if they were not the regular employee of the hospital who handled Trisha's mom. Denny added that someone might come to harm the old lady Silver, he cleared his words by saying his suspicions could also be wrong and he does not know who is involved in this case yet so they could not ask for police assistance. All they could do for now is be careful and watchful.

Claudette did not understand the whole situation but her task was clear and that was all she needed to know. She confirmed she understood the warnings and assured the man on the line that she would make sure his instructions were followed and keep the patient safe.
