Chapter 102. Questions

I sat quietly in the back seat of the car next to Alpha Lukas while the big wolf who was on my fire escape was driving. It was the same wolf I saw when I left Mr. Lee's yesterday. Hope he's not too angry about his fingers. I nervously looked out the window waiting for the car to drive north, back to Sapphire Moon, but it never did.

We pulled up to the valet of the Manhattan Grand Hotel, Alpha Lukas opened my door and led me to the elevator. The other wolf, stood quietly next to us in the elevator and was holding my backpack and bag. I had stuffed all my savings, four thousand dollars, in my backpack and kept my eye on the bag, in case I needed to make a quick getaway.
