Lukas POV

"Mom! Dad! What are you doing here?" I asked.

"What do you mean, what are we doing here? It's been two damn months Lukas. I know when something is wrong. Are you hiding here sulking over her death?" She said.

"Son, we heard about Donnatella. Now, we're sorry to hear about your loss, but she wasn't your destined mate." My father said.

"Who is that?" My mother asked pointing to Syble.

"Uhh ohhh!" Angelo said.

"Keep your voices down, I'll explain everything in a moment." I told them. I had hoped to take Syble back to my room and lay down with her, but now I didn't want to leave her upstairs while I was down here. I laid her on the sofa with a pillow and Angelo quickly brought me a blanket to drape on her. She looked a little pale and it worried
