Chapter 119. Problem
Owen’s POV
As soon as Maya left the room, I grabbed Faye and slammed my lips against hers. Faye put her legs around my waist, and I moved her against the wall. I didn’t know how to let her go.
Elise turned around and prayed that even though we pulled at each other’s clothes, we didn’t really rip them off. She would have spoken up, but she knew we might not see each other for a while. I didn’t know how I’d get through it.
I pulled my lips back and put my forehead against hers. “Fuck, you can’t just leave me, Faye.”
“I’m not leaving for long, mate. I have to go home and see my family, but tomorrow I’ll talk to Caius, and we won’t have to hide anymore. I promise.”
“No!”
“No? Owen, I must leave.”
“I don’t care. I want you to come. Tell Caius that I’ll bring you home in the morning after we’ve slept all night in our beds.”
