I remember Ace telling me his father came home angry, and for the first time, raised his voice, he died that same day. Oh God, my eyes widen in shock, and I stare at Mama, hoping she tells me I am wrong "Please, tell me you didn't kill him."

"Well technically no..." She smirks. "I only told Joe that he tried to rape me when I found out he was planning on snitching on us. Joe and Luciano were furious, so they made his death look like a car accident."

I want to throw up, so I do. Ace would hate me when he found out that Mama had a hand in his father's death.
