True to his word, Bill sent a message…signed on a dismembered arm.
“Leviathan tower,” Stones read out loud. “Saturday, three pm. All concerned parties would be present.”
Carlos eyed the arm on the table with his head tilting slowly, trying to confirm if it was an arm that he had seen before, perhaps attached to a person. He walked closer upon spotting a bit of writing on the part of the arm pressed into the metal table.
He noticed the flinch of one of the newer bodyguards as he held the arm and slowly turned it over.
