Chapter 66. Before Sunrise

Savannah’s POV

He looks like he wants to protest.

I mean, sure, technically we still have another hour or so before the sun rises, but I feel like I’ve left the party long enough. Juju and Lexy must be looking for me, so I figure I should head back.

I start to stand up and transform back into my human form. Once I’m on my feet again, I go around this big tree looking for my dress and heels. I find my shoes, but I can’t find the dress.

Where’d the dress go? I could’ve sworn I put it right here…

“Looking for this?”

I turn around and see Logan holding my dress in his hands. He’s back in his human form too, and he’s not wearing anything except his pants.

“Hey, give that back!” I try to reach for it, but he moves back and lifts the dress higher.

“Nope,” he says with that playful tone. “We’re done just yet.”
