He then walked out of the sitting room to his room with his phone in hand.

Anita was having a blessed day when she received a call from Thomas.

After taking a deep breath, she picked the phone call and clicked the record button.

“Hello Anita! Are you here?” he said in a hard tone.

“Hi Thomas! Yes I can hear you. How may I help you?” she asked and he was shocked.

She had never given him such vibe before.

“You have changed,” he told her and she smirked.

“Oh I shouldn’t? What makes you think you have the right to abandon with and I don’t have the right to retaliate? Who are you to deprive me of my happiness and freedom?” she asked back.

“Since you wanted to leave so bad, you should have left and never returned.
