Chapter 68. The B Incident

LUCIAN's mind is still eager to know what Latton has to say. He was planning to follow them once he was done speaking to Malena.

Meanwhile, Malena is pacing back and forth in front of Lucian. Sensing that his mind was somewhere else, she felt insignificant and she hated it.

“Can we go somewhere private?” She asks.

“No!” He responded in a cold tone.

She gasped, lowered her head and asked, "That girl earlier. Do you like her?"

Startled. His eyes widened, cross his arms and respond, "What I feel towards people doesn’t concern you."

"That didn’t answer my question." She yells.

He ignored her remarks and continued asking. "Why are you even here?"

"As I mentioned earlier, I have something important to tell you."

Her palms are cold and sweaty. She cleared her throat and began to speak.

"I’m here to tell you that… I’m pregnant and you're the father…"
