Chapter 36. Fainted
Philip glanced at the corner near the racks. "So, how was last night?"
Jeremy shook his head as he walked away. "It's not important to remember. Don't try to bring it up in front of the woman I approach later."
"Oh, so you're planning on getting married too? I thought you were planning on being single forever."
While the couple kept teasing Jeremy, Diana went to the orphanage. She needed a place to calm down. While riding the tractor, her thoughts drifted.
"Why was I so fool? I made her walk in winter, but I let that cunning snake use another tractor."
The greater Diana's regret was, the heavier the burden in her heart was. When she saw the children playing happily in the hall, her chest felt like it was being torn apart.
