Chapter 9
Noella’s POV
He asked the guards to leave his big chamber as soon as I entered. I was wearing a blue long dress that gave me breathing, and he looked calm, unlike earlier.
“Serve me the fruits,” he instructed.
I took the bowl of fruit on the table and walked closer to him. I gave him the fruit. Surprisingly, he opened his mouth, which obviously meant I ought to feed him the fruit.
I did as commanded; I sent some fruit into his mouth, and he chewed delicately, holding a satisfied smile.
“Since you are my wrong bride, I will take you as a slave,” he begins, and I slowly step backward.
“From now on, you are my personal maid. Am I clear?” He asked with furrowed eyebrows.
“Yes, Alpha,” I said frantically.
Soon, a guard rushed into his chamber.
“My Lord,” the guard says, immediately kneeling.
“What is it?” He queried.
“The Abel family is causing a ruckus outside,” the guard informed.
