Chapter 15
Noella’s POV
Frozen in fear, we turn around and face the counter.
“You want something?” It was the receptionist. She looked at us with an awful smile on her face.
“Goodness!” I exhaled heavily, patting my chest softly. Aragon sighed, looking somewhat annoyed.
“We want two rooms for the night,” Aragon said.
“Sure, I will set that up.” After typing swiftly on the keyboard, she lifted her gaze back to us.
“All set,” she said, giving us some receipts and keys. We left the reception and went into the hall.
It was already late, so we couldn’t figure out anything for the night. Aragon left for his room with the promise of coming to check on me in the morning, and I entered my room.
