Chapter 71. Don’t You Dare Touch Our Alpha

Leah’s POV

I felt that the world stopped spinning when I reached Amoux’s eyes. We almost looked at each other for so long, his mouth hanging open when he glanced at Alpha Brandon who’s touching my waist. It feels like Alpha Brandon was marking me as his territory even though it’s not.

“Leah..” I heard Amoux calling my name as Damon approached him. Damon’s eyes became wider as he noticed me, as though he had seen a ghost.

“Oh! My Leah!” Damon cried out and rushed over to me. His tight embrace made it difficult for me to breathe normally. When Damon brushed my face, I noticed that his eyes were on the verge of crying.

Damon gave me another hug. My eyes started to get misty, and I realized that Damon was truly my friend. It’s priceless how he reacts! What would his response be if he learned that I am the Alpha of the three packs. I imagined the look on his face when he first found out about it.
