Nicolas's POV

"Alpha," Ronan's voice chimed in my ears as he called for my attention from the office door. "May I enter?"

I slowly raised my eyes from my task and shifted my attention to him. I was studying and memorizing the old maps.

"Sure," I waved him in. "Any news?"

Ronan's lips curled into a sly smile while his eyes glittered in excitement. He quickly entered my office, closing the door behind him.

"We found Terra," he answered proudly, and waited for my response.

"That was exceptionally fast," I replied, raising my eyebrows in surprise. Ronan and Levi went in for the kill upon finding her. "Where is she now?"

"The guards are escorting her down to the interrogation room," he replied.

"Good," I said, lying back in my chair. I was interested in knowing how deeply she was involved in all this.

"Should I start the interview?" Ronan asked.

It was difficult not to notice the excitement that was bubbling up
