Chapter 33. Cannot Do It
The breeze was blowing on our skin as we looked at the shrinking building of the whole of Manila below. And Damon seemed ready.
He brought a burger, fruit and juice. We ate, as we hid under the tree and sat on its big root.
“Damon…”
“Yes?” I will never forget his husky voice.
I became more and more emotional. I hugged him more. I was trapped between his legs.
“If we have children next time, what will you name them?” None of my own, I ask.
“Ruby.” was his simple answer.
“Huh? Why is that? Why name of a girl immediately?”
He chuckled.
“Because I love bloody colors. You’re my queen and I want a baby princess.” he kissed my head. “It’s up to you by the way, All I want is a life with you and our babies…” he recovered.
“I like that… Ruby.” I thought. Nice name. That’s what I’ll name it when we have a baby girl. “Damon.” called him again. He looked at the sky seriously.
“Hmmm?” He said. I stood up so he looked up at me.
