Chapter 34. What the Heck Is Wrong with Him?
Estelle suddenly thought of the mysterious man. He was the only one who remembered her birthday this year.
“Here we are, Miss,” The taxi driver said as he pulled over, wrenching Estelle’s mind back to the present.
Looking at the taximeter, Estelle took out some money from her wallet and handed it to him.
The driver gave her the change and asked, “Miss, are you here to get divorced?”
Estelle smiled and said, “Yes.”
“Think twice and talk with your husband. Maybe you’ll be reconciled after the talk,” The driver smiled at her.
Estelle knew that he said these words out of kindness.
However, too many things were involved in her relationship with Cristofer, and their marriage was doomed to end. It was hard to tell who owed the other more.
