Emily obediently followed Arion, and they walked down the hotel corridor. Outside, a luxury car awaited them. Although not surprised by the car, Emily felt a sense of novelty from the treatment she received. Usually, she was the one arranging everything for Arion.

"Seems like you can handle everything yourself without me," Emily said quietly as they settled into the back seat.

"I can't," Arion replied curtly, pulling her close so they sat without any space between them. "Don't stray too far!"

Tasha glared at Reynard, frustrated at being denied entry to Arion's office. "Why can't I go in!? I'm the CEO's girlfriend!"
