Chapter 75. Victim of Your Complicated Love Story

Austin closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He lifted the glass and slowly drank the cereal until it was gone.

"Thank goodness," Max thought, relieved as he returned to his seat.

As they landed in Russia, the time difference made it night. It was 8 PM, and the sky was dark. Austin stepped off the plane and was greeted warmly by several of the Vladislav family's subordinates.

"Good evening, Mr. Austin. I am here on behalf of Mr. Vladimir to welcome you to Russia."

"Thank you," Austin replied quietly.

"We have prepared a car for you. Please, this way," he said, leading Austin to a reserved parking area.

A black Rolls Royce with the Vladislav family emblem awaited them.

"Thank you," Austin said, getting into the car. Max loaded their luggage and took the driver's seat.

As the car carrying Austin drove off, the man tasked with welcoming him pulled out his phone and called someone.

Ring... ring... ring...

"Yes?"
