“I feel like I’ve overgrown trying to be conservative, and I’ve decided to take on a new look; last night was the preview, and it gained positive reviews, and now, it’s here to stay for good.”
Tracey nodded. “You have no idea how much I’ve always wanted you to step outside your shell, and you finally have.”
“I wouldn’t be here without your push,” Aria smiled at her.
“You know you’re going to turn heads as soon as you walk into the office, right?” Tracey laughed.
“I’ve been neglected for a long, long time, Tracey. It’s time for me to step into the spotlight.” Aria shrugged. “Everyone else has had their time. It’s my turn now.”
Just as Tracey had predicted, everyone couldn’t stop staring as soon as Aria walked into the office. At first, she thought she would fall face flat on the floor when she started walking, but she held up her head and stared straight above everyone’s heads.
