He didn’t know why he was having these thoughts, but there were moments where he stared at her and saw Psyche, and right there and then, he wanted to have her, but at the same time, he was battling with his demons and indecision as well because he would then realize he was merely daydreaming about Psyche, but there were times when it wasn’t Psyche but Aria.

Eros knew that several things could go wrong if he gave in to his desires, and the last thing he wanted was to make things awkward between them.

Aria was her own woman, and no matter how much he cared for her, he knew that, in the end, she would have to make her own decisions for herself without any major interference, and that was what he was mostly scared of. That she might end up not deciding on Asher and say some other name.

He’d seen the way she often stared at him when she thought he wasn’t watching. And recently, things were starting to get a little bit steamy and they had no complaints about it.
