Natasha's POV
It had been days since He came. I had tried getting him off my mind but all attempts failed. Instead, I missed him more.
Even though I had told him to stay away, I had longed to see him again. I would peep through the window at times to see if he was there. Whenever I heard the sound of the gate I would rush out to see if he was the one.
But he never came. He really obliged. Maybe my words were too harsh. I knew they were.
Everything the kids did reminded me of him and the kids wouldn't stop talking about him. Trying to forget him made me miss him more. I was ready to let those feelings flow freely anyway.
"Morning Nana," I greeted. She was with her bag. She was heading to the market.
"To the market?" She nodded. I walked to her and took the bag from her.
"I'll go," I said quickly. She raised her brow wondering why I had suddenly wanted to.
