Jonah's troops prepared to advance through the breach outside the complex, as Dash had suggested. 

But thousands of animals streaming out of the building drew their attention, trampling the robots in their path as they tried to escape. 

Birds flew high, and larger animals lunged forward, showing no fear of attacking the robots in their path. But the robots did not retaliate; they just stood there, motionless.

"This is crazy," Jonah muttered in disbelief.

"Are those animals?" Iram asked, wondering if his eyes were playing tricks on him.

"The robots won't attack the animals because they're valuables," Yasmin realized. "Jonah, this could be our chance to strike! I think Prim and the others are signaling with the animals. They must be inside!"
