Terrence wasn’t in the mood. It’s been two days since Kreed used a fake name to set an appointment with me as my client. That night was total chaos. I was so angry at Kreed for luring me but also worried because Terrence seemed to have lost his cool that night.

I remember every single word he said and it’s still in my head. I remember the rage in his blue eyes. I remember every grit of his teeth.
