Chapter 26

It was always a heady feeling waking up next to Harry. It had been hell, sleeping alone, waking alone, just being alone. But here, with him laying next to me and the deliciously sore sensation in my entire body, I could honestly say I knew what heaven felt like.

I looked up and saw Harry watching me with a slight smile on his face. I tilted my head. “Good morning,” I said.

“Greet me properly,” Harry ordered, and I raised my brow at him.

“Isn’t good morning a proper form of greeting?”

“Not in this house, it’s not. You’ll kiss me every morning, then announce to the whole world that I am your Lord and Master and that I have supreme-”

I hit him with a pillow before he could finish his statement. “I’d rather eat foam,” I said, then laughed.

“Say that again,” Harry said with a mock threatening look on his face.

“I’d rather eat-”
