Chapter 35. A Gift from My Alpha

Elena’s POV

I ran as fast as I could, my chest burning, my breath tearing in and out of me in ragged gasps. Behind me, someone was chasing me, someone who wanted me dead. I didn’t know his face. I didn’t know his reason. I only knew that if he caught me, I wouldn’t survive.
