Chapter 44
“Hey, Terran!! Leave the kid alone; it's not his fault,” Derrick yelled as he ran after Terran.
Terran pulled David by his left hand through the passages in his house, heading toward a room where David would be sealed away until he found a way to remove Thasmn's power from within him.
“He's become a serious danger to us all, Derrick. If I let him stay out any longer, he'll kill us all,” Terran said, with an angry expression on his face.
“Dad! Calm down. You're hurting me!” David said, trying to release himself from his father's grip.
“Hurting you? You've killed your sister; don't you think you deserve more than getting hurt?"Terran replied.
After a few minutes, they got out of the room. Terran pushed open the sliding doors and forcefully threw David in.
“I'm sorry, son." Terran said with a sad tone, closed his eyes, and then shut the door.
