MELISSA

I say Jacob's name, and she quickly hands me a glass of champagne, saying that I'll be seen soon. A few minutes later, I'm sitting in a chair in front of a long mirror, still holding the drink in my hands. A very charming man comes up to me and asks me if I want to change anything about my hair. I look at my reflection in the mirror and continue to stare at the strands of hair that seem lifeless.

"I want to cut it just a little and lighten the shade of my hair a bit, please."

"Good choice!" she says, smiling at me before starting to wash my hair.

After meeting Jacob I'm experiencing a lot of things for the first time, I've never been to a luxury beauty salon before, and now I'm here. It's much more wonderful than I imagined because I'm being treated like a princess, I close my eyes and allow myself to relax a little as he starts to take care of my hair while two other women take care of my fingernails and toenails.

It all takes a long time, and
