Chapter 11
The next day I woke up early. I caught Wyatt bent over and folding his arms as he sat in his chair last night. This is where he actually slept.
I slowly got up and looked up at my wall clock. 7:12 am. It was still dark in my room because the big curtain hadn’t opened yet. I reached for the remote on the side table and opened them.
When the light came in I was free to observe Wyatt. In all the details of his face, only his eyelashes and lips did not look hard. I mean, his face does resemble a serious and hard expression even if he’s on his normal mood. But if you’ll look closely to his eyelashes and lips like this… you’ll see gentleness as he is.
His eyes are dark and serious, the type you can’t go wrong in front of him because when his eyes hit you, his gaze seems to be punished with a blade. If I just didn’t know him I would think he hated everyone.
