Even with Zayla’s unperturbed power making the rogue alpha land harshly on his back, Jackson was able to stand back up with no problem at all because he was able to absorb more than enough power from the wolves. He then sprinted his way toward where the couple was huddled on the ground as they checked each other for injuries.

Hearing the thudding of paws on the ground, Zayla already expected that Jackson will come at them full force with all the power he currently has. Placing the necklace on the ground which was still glowing a little, she felt for the nearest rock to her. And without wasting time, she raised her hand with the rock and struck down on the pendant, remembering how Ryder broke it easily in front of them months ago.

Jackson roared as he saw the shards of the rock splash in multiple directions as Zayla’s hand came down to it. Both were screaming with all their possible emotions swirling in their heart and mind.
