Chapter 89. Escape or Die

Datu was born into the family of Rufus a thousand years ago. He’s the twin brother of Bruce. Rufus was a grand wizard who attempted to keep balance in the supernatural world when werewolves began to hunt the witches. He made deal with alpha Jones giving up his son Bruce to be turned. ‘This could help keep the balance in our world,’ he told Jones as he hands Bruce over to him who was still some months old. For Datu, he kept him for himself and trained him in the ways of magic that he has taken after his father Rufus.

Mary in her defense kicked Datu in his balls and pushed him away. “You need to stop this madness!” she yelled. If Datu is Datu and not Bruce as they first thought, perhaps they might be some good in him. She approaches him and opened his mouth to speak. “I am sorry about your brother but we don’t leave in the past now. Your brother tried to kill me and my boyfriend. I just had to defend myself. So please, if you don’t mind, can we talk.”
