Betty was quiet all through the drive, since her questions didn’t have any answers.

The drive was becoming longer than she expected, and she had been asking the same question multiple times, but Peter wouldn’t say a word.

Seeing that she was becoming a device that asks questions without getting an answer, she decided to hold her peace.
