One year later
I sat in the backseat of the car, scrolling through Harmony’s recent stories on her Instagram account. She had been busy with preparing for a photo shoot for a brand, and she was posting various videos and pictures of how the shoot had gone.
In the last one year, she had been involved in many promotional projects and had even began her own foundation for women and kids that were once abused, being abused or likely to be abused. My mother and I were partners with her foundation, and we had been able to help over a thousand people out of abusive situations, as well as using our life stories to touch lives.
