Chapter 68

Zoey Peters had eyes in and out of Angelo's office. Someone had leaked to her it seemed Angelo was seriously ill, how blood stains were seen on tissues from the waste bin in Angelo's office, and how Austin was acting up, trying to distract the workers from how Angelo had decided to not see any more staff in his office.

He comes to work as early as possible to avoid bumping into his staff and leaves very late when he is sure no one will see him.

Austin was the only one allowed access to him and was not the type to spill the beans. Whenever he was asked about the boss, he would wave it off saying he was just too busy to be bothered with anything else.

Austin wondered what could be wrong with Angelo. He had worked with him for years and had never seen him like that. First, the mail and then the blood.

He did not even want to think about it. It seemed Angelo had not gone to the doctor's yet, if only he would just take some rest.
