Chapter 49
I decided I didn't want to keep thinking about Noah and Jack, and I needed a reason to get close to the guy who recently joined our lives. My mind had been focused on Jack, not Noah. I know what he's said and that he wants to be near me. The advice Jack gave him is exactly what I would have said. But this time, it won't be enough because my heart can't belong to him.
"We need to start now, Donna's going to rip our heads off if we keep talking about sex here."
"I'll stay with Noah for a few seconds, you guys go finish your shots."
"I'm leaving my phone here," Jack tells me, somewhat bored. "Can you look after it?"
"Of course, I'll bring it to you when it's my turn to take photos with you."
"Alright."
The guys disappear, leaving me with a distracted Noah, engrossed in his phone. I've always known when he's up to something, and I wouldn't be surprised if he's been texting someone while flirting with me. He's not the type to waste time, let alone lame
