Taylor’s POV

I slowly opened my eyes, my vision blurred at first, but it gradually cleared, revealing the familiar surroundings of a hospital room. As my gaze shifted, I saw my parents sitting beside my bed, their faces etched with worry and relief.

“Mum, Dad,” I whispered. Tears welled up in my eyes again as I looked at them, overwhelmed by a mixture of emotions.
