“Hayden’s wife…?” Amelia said with clear shock on her face.

Yeah. I guess many things happened while she was asleep. It must have been a shock to her to wake up to find that Hayden had married me, and I was still standing in my wedding dress as if to prove that that was in fact true.

“Come…” Hayden whispered to as he led me by the hand towards Amelia.

Suddenly, I felt extremely shy. Her eyes widened as she stared up into my face.

“This is Malissa. We got married recently,” Hayden introduced me again.

“You look like a little princess…congratulations…both of you…” Amelia said after a while of staring at me in silence.

“I’m sorry about this but we need to transport her to the hospital now. The ambulance is here and ready for her,” the doctor said with an apologetic smile.

Oh, right. She just regained consciousness so she should go to the hospital. I turned to Harvey and saw him smiling at me.
